Distance Requirement: Permanent address must be 80+ miles from the facility

 

Position Overview

 

A respected medical center in Bismarck, ND is seeking an experienced Travel Echo Tech to join their cardiovascular imaging team. This role offers strong weekly pay, a consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to work in a well‑supported, high‑quality diagnostic environment. Ideal for a tech who is confident performing a full range of echocardiographic studies and comfortable working independently.

 

Requirements

• Active ARDMS credential
• Current BLS
• Minimum 2 years of recent Echo Tech experience
• Strong proficiency in adult echocardiography; pediatric experience a plus
• Ability to work variable day shifts
• Permanent residence 80+ miles from Bismarck, ND

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality echocardiograms, including 2D, Doppler, and color flow studies
• Assist with stress echos and contrast studies as needed
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning
• Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols
• Support workflow in a busy cardiovascular imaging department
